Outsource Failure: The Real Reasons

I was just having a chat with my buddy Simon Leung about why some credible internet marketers fail to deliver on their “turnkey” products, even though they received money from their customers and couldn’t produce the goods.

I know a large number of people who are in the “turnkey product” market, and it sells really well. The trouble with this market is simple - few people are able to handle the demand, and they think that they can outsource the entire set of projects to other people easily. That’s probably going to be the last mistake they make!

If you’ve been online for sometime, and worked out some way to build a system for earning an income online, then you probably would have found out that making a living online is not that difficult, but you also need to put in a fair bit of effort.

I’ve often found that if I’m not busy writing new books, new blog posts or the like, I end up surfing for ideas so that I can write. It’s funny, but sometimes I end up checking emails, refreshing my Twitter screen, re-visiting Forums that I’ve already visited over and over. It’s almost like a sick robotic action that doesn’t stop. It’s when I realize it that gets me upset because I’ve probably wasted 20 to 30 minutes of precious time.
