Use http://search.twitter.com to find people based upon keywords. You might discover interesting people to follow. Also, make sure you are clear about who you want to follow because you will be getting all their updates.

I managed to harvest a very old copy of my blog, and got it uploaded to this site. Unfortunately, some of the really cool posts are all gone. I’ll see if I can recall anything else that I might have missed, but let me know if you remember stuff I wrote…

Affiliate datafeeds are really powerful data that you can use to populate a website with content. Then all you really need to do is to build a template that can help you to create a much bigger website within a shorter span of time.

As far as I can tell, an affiliate datafeed can range several thousand to hundreds of thousands of pages. If you have it up with a site that has many backlinks, your products will be found very easily.

Taking that into consideration, what you want to do is to increase the total number of long-tail keywords within a niche market. This means you have to brainstorm keywords that are easily found by regular browsers.

While you can get a keyword software like this one, it is still necessary for you to utilize common sense because these keywords only come from places like Google and Yahoo. You need to bear in mind that other people could still be using other data from other search engines.

Forming a list of 100 keywords is not as powerful as 100,000 keywords. If you are able to do this, you should be able to generate as many pages as there are unique and long-tail keywords for, that are less competitive and therefore more readily found on the internet.

If you were selling a brand, a specific model number will give you the long tail effect it requires. This is typically driving less traffic, but more people will be searching due to larger numbers.

In a topic area that is information based, you should target to generate several thousand articles! This is why it is so important to keep updating a blog or content site so that you can continuously do this and generate input that the search engine spiders can find.

Most of the time, people think that jewelry is only about product marketing. That’s not true. While there can be lots of products marketed online like gems, rings, accessories and the like, the fact is that if you have content, you use the content to market the product.

Let me give you an example. Take a jewelry set like a pair of earrings, a bracelet, a necklace and a ring. Take photographs of those, and model them with fitting clothes. Hmmm… doesn’t that sound like advertising in a fashion magazine? Yet, why aren’t people doing it? I’ve seen a whole ton of magazines offline, but online, it feels as though people’s common sense has flown out the window.

Don’t just market the product. Market the content that makes the product have “utility”.

In fact, there is a very powerful process in content creation, if you know how to do this. All you need is the ideas (brush up on your creativity if you aren’t doing this yet) and then hand it over to a producer (one of the IMA ProCore profiles) who will then churn out your content for you.

Even if you aren’t in jewelry selling the physical product, there are many things to select from in the affiliate networks that are in existence right now. Check them out by surfing Google, and you’ll realize that there are many new and upcoming affiliate networks that sell jewelry online.

Some say pictures speak a thousand words. Pictures, in this case, could make you a million dollars.

It seems like a viable business venture, largely because it’s thought out the business model.

However, it is still essential that more experienced internet marketers be involved only. If you are a newbie, I still believe that general affiliate marketing is good for practice first. You can get involved in network marketing later, if you think the model is worthwhile for you.

My first few thoughts:

1. To invest about US$800 is a decent initial investment. Obviously, it is broken up into monthly payments, but I think a year is good as a test bed to see if you are able to go the distance. They even have a $2.95 trial for the first 30 days.

2. To be part of a supportive team. I’ve seen the team and spoken to them about what they do. Very good bunch of people there and hardworking too.

3. There is a mastermind group to leverage the power of personal development. Obviously, personal motivation is extremely important, and without that, no business can succeed. To be a part of this network, click here.

4. Decent information and plenty of learning. I’d warn you though - if you don’t keep up with your learning, it’s because you haven’t dedicated time to enhance yourself. Take the courses and you will reap rewards regularly. It’s like less than S$100 for as much training and learning at your fingertips.
